Deputy Director of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce, Ho Chi Minh Branch
Mr. Nguyen Huu Nam
Mr Ngyuen is a professional with over 20 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on international trade integration and consultancy. He has served in various roles within the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI HCM), including as the Legal Department Head and currently as the Deputy Director. Additionally, he served as a Project Expert for the Trade Facilitation Alliance Project Vietnam Trade Association (VTFA) supported by USAID, and have expertise in free trade agreements.

Mr. Jeremy Netto
Jeremy has covered a wide variety of roles and responsibilities in his 15-year career in the life sciences industry. He has led global R&D teams in developing novel methods in the field of analytical chemistry, many of which are now routinely used in both global and local laboratories such as Singapore Food Agency (SFA) for food safety testing and Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for controlled drug testing. He has also led market development efforts especially in High Growth Markets with consistent double-digit growth and has been a Regional Leader for Commercial Excellence.
With over 10 years of volunteering experience as a grassroots leader, Jeremy has experienced the gaps and inefficiencies in the social welfare and charitable ecosystem and together with his partners, they have built a digital platform, Social Impact Xchange (SIX) that will better serve the needs of the less fortunate in our society.
Jeremy graduated from Murdoch University in Perth with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, a BSc (1st Class Honours) in Forensic Biology and Toxicology and a BSc in Molecular Biology and Biomedical Science. He is awaiting the next course intake to pursue his Masters in Social Work.
When not on land, you’ll find him in the ocean trying to get up close and personal with the marine life, his favourite being the tiger shark. Jeremy is a certified scuba diving instructor.

Mrs. Hellen Manning-Teo
Hellen is Singaporean and is presently the Executive Director of The Singapore Chamber of Commerce (Hong Kong) since 2019. A graduate of Edith Cowan University with a Degree in Hospitality Management.
Hellen has over 20 years of Hospitality experience. She has extensive experience with hotel openings, having held senior level positions in Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage & Events divisions.
Hellen also volunteers actively in Singapore Association Hong Kong and is Chairperson for Singapore International School Hong Kong Parent Teachers Association. She also runs a food trading company, Foodlution, which brings in Singapore Brand Food from Singapore to Hong Kong. To add on, Hellen is leveraging her experience in community building to help develop an impactful youth art programme in Singapore (International Curator of Youth Arts).
She is resourceful, approachable, and has a pleasant attitude, desire, and commitment to making a positive mark in the Singapore Community in Hong Kong.
